Tips

Long queues can be expected if you can arrive Early morning, during the week (Tuesday - Thursday) and outside school holidays you will have a better experience.

If you cant manage to visit in the quiet times, VIP or Fast-Track tickets will get you in quicker.

Photography and filming is not permitted within our Marvel Universe 4D experience, or on the Spirit of London ride.

Tripods are not allowed inside the building and will be held by security for the duration of your visit.

Accessability

The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to our disabled guests.

Trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift.

Limit of three wheelchair users in the building at one time guests must therefore pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours in advance of their visit if there is a wheelchair user in their group.
